• What is your usual order processing time?
All orders are processed & shipped on the same day (if it’s a business day). The only exception are the boots; which are usually shipped within a week.
• How are the goods sent?
Goods are sent by a reputed & reliable courier company like UPS or Fedex.
• When should I expect the ordered goods?
Goods are usually delivered within 5-7 business days from the shipping date.
• It’s beyond the expected shipping date & I have still not received my order, what should I do?
If order delivery has been delayed beyond the expected date, drop us an email using our ‘Contact Us’ page. The delay could be because of some problem in the address or a delayed flight. Whatever be the reason, we would look into it.
• What are your shipping charges?
We were able to negotiate with the shipping companies for some of the lowest shipping charges. The shipping charges for one shirt/blouse/skirt/pants is usually USD 9.95 & for two items, it’s USD 14.95. So, the more you buy, lower the per item shipping to be paid by you.
• Can I opt for overnight delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight delivery at the moment. The fastest delivery option available is 3 business days (on selected items).
• I need to track my order; can you send me a tracking number?
Of course we can. Just drop a request for tracking number using our ‘Contact Us’ page. The tracking number would be sent to you at the soonest. Note: Remember to indicate your Order ID when sending the request.
• My item was damaged during shipping. Now what?
No need to worry. We would help you place a claim with the shipping company & get the refund. Shipping companies like UPS are actually very quick with such claims.

Return & Exchange
• Do you charge any Re-stocking fee?
No, unlike any online retailers, we charge No Restocking Fee.
• What your return & exchange policy?
We have a customer-friendly policy. If the goods were defective, or the item received was not in accordance with the order or you ordered the wrong item/size; in either case we would refund the product or exchange the product (no re-stocking fee charged). All claims should be submitted within 14 days from delivery.
• Who would pay for the shipping?
The shipping would be paid by us only if the products are defective or the wrong items were delivered because of our fault.
• Do I need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?
No RMA is required. Drop us an email (using our ‘Contact Us’ page) regarding the issue & we will guide you through the entire process.
• I need to exchange my ordered goods, how should I proceed?

• What payment methods are available?
We accept payment through Credit Cards & Paypal.
• Is my financial information like Credit Card number secure with you?
Frankly, we never get to see your financial details. All Credit Card transactions are processed on secure pages of Paypal & we are notified only about the payment received into our Paypal Account.
• I do not have a Paypal account; can’t I use my Credit Card?
Yes, Paypal offers an option to complete the payment without registering with Paypal. Look for “Don’t have a Paypal Account?” after pressing the Confirm Order button. Enter your Credit Card details & you are done!!
• Can I trust Paypal?
Of course you can. Paypal is one of the most reputed & recognized brands in online Credit Card processing. It is owned & managed by eBay, the biggest online auction company.
• Which Credit Cards can be used?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
• Can I send a Wire Transfer for my order?
We do accept Wire Transfer but this method proves uneconomical & cumbersome for small orders. It would also increase the order processing time by a few days.
